Constitutional Law that “guarantees” your right to bankruptcy? Constitutional Law that the DOE is breaking? “So maybe I was wrong the DOE is breaking the law perhaps not the constitution.. ” Wow, you even contradict your own stupid comments.

Good information in this video here. It explains how ugly things can get if you default on your student loans.

Don’t let this video scare you rather use it as motivation to make a schedule for repayment.

Better yet, if you haven’t taken out loans yet, take this as advice to not take out too much in student loans.

great work. Useless information. Thank you.

High school guidance counselors don’t tell students any of this. They just tell them to go to college. For that I think they are scum–they are just shills for the student lending industry. I’ll bet that they would sell their own children to Sallie Mae.

If you have facebook, there is a group with 200+ thousand members called: “Cancel Student Loan Debt to Stimulate the Economy”

There is also a petition which you can find there.

managestudentloans and 1on1im, you two pieces of shit are nothing but tools for the loan sharks at Sallie Mae. But don’t worry, your day is coming. Your pimp Al Lord will get tossed in jail with Bernie Madoff and you two mother fuckers will be where you belong-living in a cardboard box in some back alley eating out of dumpsters.

Listen, I have over $70,000 in student loan debt you stupid motherfucker. I took an active approach of working HARD and trying to help others with their student loan problems.

Maybe you should do the same, you broke fucking retard. Student loans suck but conquering them is UP TO YOU.

    SUCK A DICK.

  12. CrossoverManiac on 10 Jul 2009 at 5:47 am #

Wow. I knew corporate whores get paid good money by their pimps to pose as regular people to sell their propaganda bullshit, but I never thought they’d resort to flaming. And it would more convincing had you not tried to give financial advice while flaming someone. And I don’t eat dick, that’s your job and the job of the whore that gave birth to you.

  13. managestudentloans on 10 Jul 2009 at 6:47 am #

Haha, you think a billion dollar corporation like Sallie Mae needs to employ people to go on Youtube and pretend to be someone else? God you’re a fucking idiot!

Regardless of who you think I am you have 2 choices:

    1. Man up, get another job and start paying down your loans

    OR

    2. Go on victimizing yourself, being a sniffling little bitch and keep complaining about it…be a fucking loser like you are now.

It still cracks me up that you think I’m from Sallie Mae, God you’re fucking stupid.

  14. CrossoverManiac on 10 Jul 2009 at 6:33 pm #

Don’t you mean ‘Manwhore up and turn tricks for Sallie Mae’? You must be a manwhore for Sallie Mae. You made one comment at 4 am (must be hard work trolling websites at 4 in the morning) another one within an hour after mine. For a guy that ‘man(whore) up’ and work hard to pay his student loans, you have a lot of free time on your hands. Must be nice getting paid under the table to spam sites with Sallie Mae’s bullshit and collect welfare checks at the same time.

leave it to people on facebook to support passive aggressive stupidity

Your new bill of rights: The more money you have, the more rights you have. No money, no rights. Negative money, negative rights. If the Republicans get back in charge, they WILL try to bring back debtor’s prison.

I propose everyone in debt walks up to the White House and demands prosecution of all Sallie Mae, if not just the current CEO and his mob squad, employees for bad business ethics and immoral solicitation through phones calls that go against better business policies.

America has to realize that as individuals letting this company kill us financially and destroy our futures w/ overpriced education, we need to stand as one infront of our “great” president and demand action to help us. Letmeknow

All prisons are debtor prisons. And the Republicans and Democrats are both owned by the International Banking families. Our legal system is controlled by them. Put your political programming aside and follow the money. The world will be a much scarier place once you understand how the world actually works!!

  20. sfordgg on 26 Oct 2009 at 4:53 pm #

just get a couple of strippers and prostitutes and move to nv its legal youll make tuns of money as a pimp with a phd they call me dr. pimp phd

It’s very important to pay your student loans for without the interest rates they charge you over the life of the loan, Sallie Mae would not be able to pay Albert Lord the money he needs to build his private 18 hole golf course.

Also, Sallie Mae gave almost $600,000.00 to Democrats and Republicans in 2008. They can’t buy Demopublican whores without your money!

Just keep telling yourself it’s all about helping poor kids go to college.

I am a senior in my last semester and I owe $18,000 in student loans. I plan on consolidating with the government and getting a job in public service so after 120 payments the rest gets forgiven. You have provided accurate, helpful information. I try to tell people not to EVER take out private student loans, and try if possible, to stick with subsidized loans only.

What about people who move to Canada? I have legally immigrated to Québec and I work here now. I am a permanent resident and will become a citizen in three years. Can they get to you then? I don’t plan on returning to the USA.

I was kicked out of grad school for taking a drug test and the drug that came up was a prescribed medication that i had the prescription for. I showed the director of my program the physicians script and he said that I still could not graduate because of this. So now I have 60,000 in debt and no degree. I tried to sue the school but the judge threw the case out before it could come to a trial. What should I do? The school got the money, denied me education, and Im stuck holding the bag.
